Rent The Runway Operations Manager interview questions

A recruiter contacted me for the Arlington location. She was very unorganized. She didn’t have any salary information, unaware of the organization’s hierarchy, and overall unaware of the day to day operations. She wasn’t transparent at all. I was moved to the next round but I dropped it because it didn’t seem like it was worth my time.

Very terrible. They don't know how to interview or tell the truth about what the company has to offer. They are not experience in interviewing or the interview process as a whole.
