Asked about why I wanted to work there (expects information on company not just skills). tell me about a time you worked in a team. Manager was very kind and made me feel relaxed

I had a phone call interview initially, where I was asked about my experience. I then came in for an in person interview, where I was asked a few more questions. They were really friendly, it was a very relaxed interview. I shortly got the call to come in for my trial shift after this interview.
