Personio Software Engineer interview questions

Non responsive recruiters right from the start. They sound excited in each call. Then disappear for weeks stating no availability. Then schedule, and disappear again for weeks. Chase them for feedback. You may get some may not get some. Then be scheduled in another month. Then keep chasing recruiters. Final decision / feedback never comes. How difficult is it to communicate a hire / no hire. Even if the candidate does not join, they should leave with a positive impression about the culture. Sadly I cannot say that based on my experience
