Perrigo Sourcing Manager interview questions

Phone screen with HR followed by Phone interview with Line Manager Half day of short interviews with Senior managers to assess suitability and fit. It was mentally tiring after the event but a lot of fun along the way

I interviewed with an HR person on the phone before being brought in to interview with 4 folks within the department on-site. 3 of the people I interviewed we're Managers that did not seem fully engaged or prepared for the interview. The last person I interviewed with was a Director who I thought was fully engaged and interested and a good interviewer. He asked tough and pertinent questions and followed them up with insightful and thoughtful questions and comments. I probably would not have taken the job had I been offered, the culture I observed on my on-site interview did not match what I was looking for. But I wasn't offered so I didn't have to make that decision.
