Hybrid Work that allows fully remote work. Manageable business pressure & work life balance The company car

Cons

- Declining business with 3 waves of layoffs in 2.5 years - basically 0 strategy - Cutting all the trade investments and then waiting for the brands to deliver - Old School (in a bad way) employees that are used to doing stuff their own way or in a silo, they don't want to spend more than 2% energy on the job and don't really care about the results of their own work. - The lowest pay within any pharma - Talking about corporate culture - there isn't any. - it feels like a small local business.

Great team & people overall, interesting categories, hybrid work environment, nice office, decent package.

Cons

Strategy shifts every couple of months, push&pull employees on all sides, reduction in headcount / frequent lay offs with many colleagues burning out, minimal career growth except for very few lucky ones and lack of diversity in the senior & leadership team (mostly white male)
