Optum Business Analyst interview questions

The HR person has some prescreening questions to validate my candidacy for the prospective job role. The HR person was nice and made me feel at ease and gave details about the process of the interview.

An initial video interview was required with HireVue, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager, followed by a phone conversation with the head of the department. No camera or video was required for the final interview. I was contacted the next day with an offer.
