Not really an interview- was asked was I still interested in the job and was offered a shift and invited along to an induction day. After being offered work she asked one question which was what I am passionate about in life. It was a pretty informal phonecall, was asked about where I study etc.

Took us upstairs to the staff room and then asked about availability etc, we then watched some dvd's on the sale and then were given a tour of the store. At the end she handed us our shifts for the sale period. All very simple.
