I applied online. I interviewed at NEXT (Greenhithe, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
Very quick and simple, all over a phone call asked about relevant experience and why I wanted to work there. After about 5 minutes they asked about what shift times I would be most available for and then explained that I would come in for an hour and talk to a manager in a group who wold give us a tour and give us our name tags and explain the basic roles we would be carrying out.
It was very basic, just a informal telephone call asking general questions about myself and then when I needed to come into the store for an assessment which was just putting away some clothes
Good, interviewer was friendly and courteous. Very transparent throughout the process, did take a while to get back to me but I think there were quite a numerous amount of candidates.
