Lidl Customer Assistant interview questions

Firstly they gave me pen and paper and was asked to walk around the store and say positives and negatives. And then they asked me interview questions, mostly scenario based questions. As long as you prepare some anecdotes and experiences you have had, it’s fine.

There were two interviewees, the store manager and a deputy manager. It was very laid back, and they had a list of questions they were supposed to ask, but the manager just skimmed through them. They are basically just seeing how you are as a person and whether they can see you working in the store.
