Started with a pre-recorded video interview covering basic behavioural questions, followed by an Arctic Shores assessment.
After three months, they invited me to their assessment center. During the interview, I realized my Computer Science background explicitly required in the job description was completely irrelevant. They wasted three hours asking business-related questions, some of which were outright ridiculous. Easily the worst interview process I've ever experienced.
