Interview
Very positive interview experience. First a screening with a recruiter, then a video call with hiring manager, and finally a "super-day" of several cross functional meetings, sales presentation, wrap up with hiring manager, and wrap up with recruiter.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter at Intercom to interview for an Account Executive role. The conversation with the recruiter was great, however the hiring manager left a lot to be desired.
The hiring manager was almost 10 minutes late to the 30 minute interview and didn't so much as acknowledge this. He asked the general questions for a sales interview, asking about my current role, what I'm selling etc. He said that the product I was currently selling could not possibly be SaaS as it was not a subscription model. This is simply not true - there are a million ways to pay for a product, and $/month isn't the only option for SaaS vendors.
I received an email from the recruiter to let me know that the hiring manager didn't think it was a good fit because my experience didn't align.
