I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Arup (London, England)
Interview
Met with different people from the team over the course of a few hours. Asked typical questions about motivation, experience. Asked to present recommendations based on data given.
All seemed well. But then they took over a month to get back to me despite my following up and only did so via email. Would have preferred a call after all that waiting. A further month to get the feedback which they promise to give. Interview team are great, HR not so much. Left a sour taste that they treat people they don't want that badly. From what I've heard, people not selected for interview only got told they were unsuccessful months after the role had been given away.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (Kuala Lumpur) in Mar 2025
Interview
I failed the interview. But I appreciate the communications from the side of Arup in reaching out and answering any questions even prior to the interview by the manager themselves, which makes it easier for us to actually ask some even simple questions without feeling uncomfortable.
