Antonio Filosa today takes up the role as Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis N.V. and announces his new Stellantis Leadership Team, effective immediately, drawing on the deep bench of industry expertise from Stellantis’ teams around the world.
Stellantis today announced the appointment of Antonio Filosa, who has been with the company for 25 years and is currently Chief Operating Officer for the Americas and Chief Quality Officer, as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Group, effective 23 June. The Board of Directors selected Antonio Filosa following a thorough selection process involving both internal and external candidates, led by a Special Committee chaired by Chairman John Elkann. The appointment is based on his proven operational experience, his extensive international background, his deep knowledge of the company and his recognised leadership qualities. ‘Antonio's deep understanding of our company and our industry makes him the ideal person to lead Stellantis into this new and crucial phase of development,’ said John Elkann, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stellantis.
