We are delighted to share that Brand Finance, the worldâs leading brand valuation consultancy, has named Deloitte the worldâs strongest and most valuable professional services brand. This achievement would not be possible without each of our 3,500+ people in Ireland and 470,000+ globally, and serves as a strong reminder that while weâre proud to be number one, we wonât stay there by standing still â it takes curiosity and challenge, finding the edge and adapting fast. Thatâs how we push forward - for our clients and for ourselves.
Last week, we proudly participated as Platinum Sponsors at I Wish 2026, an incredible event dedicated to showcasing the power of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM) to teenage girls. đ We are especially proud of our 90 Deloitte colleagues who volunteered their time and expertise to support this inspiring initiative. Together, our team helped highlight the diverse and exciting possibilities within STEM, engaging with the next generation of talent to demonstrate how innovation can solve real-world challenges. At Deloitte, we are committed to empowering the next generation of innovators and change-makers. Our partnership with I Wish aims to break down barriers and prepare the next generation to become the leaders of tomorrow, providing critical education and mentorship to inspire their career journey. Thank you to the I Wish community for the opportunity to make an impact that matters. đ

What does it really mean to be number one? Deloitte has been named as the worldâs number one professional services provider. Weâre proud of that, but we wonât stay there by standing still. It takes curiosity and challenge, finding the edge and adapting fast. Thatâs how we push forward â for our clients and for ourselves. This film is proof: everything you see was created with generative AI, using technology that didnât even exist when we wrote the script. Daniel Wiffen has never looked more magic. Number one never stops challenging.

Working collaboratively, across different business units and service lines is one of the key differentiators at Deloitte. Having a multidisciplinary approach is vital for us, it gives us the ability to offer more comprehensive solutions to clients, be more innovative, make better decisions, communicate more effectively, and be more adaptable to changing circumstances. But also allows us to learn from and work with different teams, projects, and clients, and grow â thatâs why we were so excited to collaborate with UCD Innovation Academy on their creative thinking and innovation module, which we hosted in our offices during March 2023. From design thinking and team building experiences to our Deloitte team facilitating business chemistry sessions and posing different challenges to the students, we had the most enjoyable, creative and engaging week â and so did the students, as you can see in this video.

Inclusion at Deloitte means being the real you, with your own strengths, perspective, and personality. It is this diversity of thought, perspectives and experiences that ultimately helps us find new ways to tackle the most complex challenges and make a real impact that matters. For our CEO, Harry Goddard, inclusion means creating an environment where people can bring their whole selves to work, and "we can all just be ourselves".
