      Pros

      -Great people with a real dedication to creating a best in class product -Teams willing to improve processes and dedicated to continuous improvement -Communications handled well overall and everyone is helpful and friendly -Great to work with professionals who are experts in their areas (especially the support team)

      Cons

      As is normal with younger companies expanding rapidly, it can be difficult to keep up with new features and planned releases for the various platforms

      Most effective workplace I've experienced

      Pros

      * Very few meetings (Wednesday is actually a no internal meeting day!) * A lot of incredibly smart people here (I've never seen so many in one company) * Most impressive Senior Management team I've worked with, they each spend a lot of time on customer calls, and really understand the customers and their pains. * Decisions are made fast and supported. * You have a lot of autonomy to figure out how to best make an impact, and then deliver. * Being social isn't forced down your throat, you participate socially when and how best works for you.

      Cons

      * This isn't a water-cooler / coffee-break company, this is a "get the job done" company. Great if you're at that point in your career where you've figured out how you work most effectively, and you enjoy how that makes you feel.
