Work from home policy is good

Cons

1. Extremely poor upper management. 2. Frequent Layoffs 3. Leaders are out of reach. Engineer do not have any idea of whats going on with the leadership. 4. Leaders are changed so frequently that one could ever imagine. 5. Always reorgs are happening and leaders are changing. Forget the promotion cycles. Only have to worry about layoffs due to reorgs.
