      Good Company to start your career in the industry

      Cons

      Expectations are extreme, and the pay doesn't reflect the commitment. Make sure you don't make any mistakes, or you will be remembered for all time. 24-hour deadlines set by Leeds are impossible to meet. Always understaffed and had to pull the rabbit out of the hat in extreme situations to get things done.

      The money is good and fair.

      Cons

      - Franticness. Everyone there (Irish mainly) is frantic. They are all so concerned about looking busy than actually doing the work! - Incompetence. This place has the most amount of incompetent people I've dealt with. - Unintellectual. You can feel it in almost every person you're dealing with, from directors to janitors.
