Pros

Mostly friendly staff £1 meals

Cons

Very little investment. Building is failing due to age but most, if not all are sticking plaster repairs. Everything is done on the cheap. Recycling: rubbish is allocated recycling bins but then put in the same compactor and taken to landfill Senior management have no idea how to manage yet they keep promoting the wrong people. There has been clear evidence of bullying and favouritism Service to customers is ok but focus is always on profit. Countless data on profits and bonuses are displayed but hands on staff see little or nothing of any bonus. Evidence of managers being offered several "team building" away days which must cost thousands of £'s yet working staff have no such invitations. The place has gone down hill since new owners stepped in. It's my opinion and only mine that they seem to be asset stripping the company although I have no strict proof, just observations

Pros

•Team members are supportive. •Standard training is provided, but it doesn’t reflect the real workplace culture.

Cons

•Mishandling of serious complaints: Reported inappropriate behavior from a manager, but my grievance was repeatedly delayed, dismissed, and misrepresented. •False information provided: The company altered details in my grievance outcome, leaving out key points and adding irrelevant topics I never raised. •Lack of accountability: Management shifts responsibility rather than addressing employee concerns. •Poor employee support: Despite raising issues both verbally and in writing, I was made to justify my complaint multiple times with no meaningful action taken. •Toxic work environment: Workplace culture disregards employee well-being, making it difficult to feel secure or respected at work.
