Pros

- Well paid - The amazing feeling when you quit

Cons

- Management refuse to listen to anyone under them. Even if it's the entire development team of 40+ people. - Teams think its fine to build in security flaws if it helps them test in production easier. - Developers are obsessed with reinventing the wheel. - Verbally abusive product managers. - 50% of the week in meetings. - Lack of ownership. - Everyone says "Agile", nobody knows what it means. - Everything managed in massive excel sheets or documents by hand. - Jira has been configured to be as painful and unnecessary as humanly possible.
