The people are brilliant, eager to help and have brilliant knowledge of the network etc there is a lot to learn and the staff are more than willing to help new hires get up to speed

Cons

Management are terrible at best, Outsourcing & cost cutting is paramount even if it is at the expense of loyal staff and local knowledge. unfortunately this is beginning to reflect on the company in terms of the support available to its customers and will only continue to decline. The company overall only pays lip service to the ethos of the Virgin group.
