      Client sites are usually very nice places to work, grass root people very good to work with, collaborative,

      'manager/ director' very closed minded. no career development opportunities, education package almost impossible to access ( very much for the clique ), regular random dictates' that impact on contractual agreements / custom and practise agreements, continual race to the bottom to provide client cheaper( more competitive service) at expense of grass root employee,

      Management is very underhanded they'll blame you again and again for their short comings, they'll leave you high and dry on a job not answer phones and blame you months later in pay talks, engineers are leaving in numbers

      Work from home (rarely), not monitored for work

      Cons

      Severe lack of communication and respect from management, no supporting documentation or inclination on how to approach a task, dreadful work hours with no recognition or additional pay (overtime) or call out fees, extremely poor work life balance. The list goes on….
