Great product that you can genuinely believe in. The team is professional and talented, and the company is open to initiative from employees — if you have ideas, people actually listen. It's a friendly environment with real room to grow, surrounded by ambitious and curious people. The company is growing fast, which brings a lot of energy and exciting opportunities.

Cons

With the fast growth comes some growing pains — there's a lack of solid structure and established work processes. Miscommunication can be a challenge, which sometimes slows things down.
