Pros

The culture at Sitecore is one of the biggest reasons I enjoy working here. People are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to see each other succeed. Every win, whether it's a major milestone or a small accomplishment, is recognized and celebrated, which makes the work feel meaningful and keeps everyone motivated. Leadership is another standout. Managers and senior leaders are approachable, willing to help, and always make time to answer questions or provide guidance. It never feels like you're on your own, and there's a real focus on helping employees grow and be successful. Overall, it's a positive environment where people care about each other, teamwork is valued, and your contributions are appreciated.

Cons

As a growing global company, priorities can shift from time to time, so being adaptable is important. The upside is that there are always new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.

Pros

Sitecore is firing on all cylinders right now; strong leadership, an amazing acquisition and a new GTM function. There has been investment in a highly strategic acquisition (Scrunch) and building a new go to market team to ensure we are capturing the market. We have welcomed Scrunch into the family and are truly excited about how they can level us up and open new doors. Sitecore has heavily invested in AI tooling. If assessing external opportunities, I would now be asking new questions around the tech stack and access to AI models and tooling in order to effectively do my role in today's world. What I'm really trying to say here is Sitecore is keeping it's workforce modern, developed, and truly ready for the future. This is not to be underestimated and anyone working in a role where they are not using AI daily will likely be left behind pretty quickly in the market I'd suspect.

Cons

annual bonus and lack of equity is not appealing
