Management actively avoid and ignore their employeed when issues arise that need to be dealt with. They pick and choose who they want to treat with respect and who they dont. You could do them favours on a regular basis to help them out just to have them go out of their way to avoid returning the favour. They will have you illegally finish one shift and start the next in less that the legally required 11 hours between shifts. They will hide the fact that working over 48 hrs a week consistently for 6 entitles you to an overtime rate as per ERO and not pay you properly for those hours. I could go on but i would be here all day. Overall, a very bad comoany to work for in the Dublin area.
