Schneider Electric has a very people focused culture. I have been employeed at Schnedier Electric for over 20 year. The reason I continue to stay at Schneider Electric is the vast career opportunities and the ability to move between different business units and different job functions. Every time I have been ready to step up and do more, the company is willing to work with me to find the next career challenge to help me grow.

Cons

Sometimes to take the next step in your career, you may have to be flexible with location. Althought with the New Ways of Working that they launched after COVID, location is very flexible now.
