Computers were old, slow and ineffective. Very little management or support.

Good idea of the job industry in IT, gives you an idea how much you have to lick up to managers to progress.

Cons

Some staff are very rude. Broke the physiological contract within a month with regards to training that was promised. My team leader was very rude the way she spoke to you made you feel like you were doing the job incorrectly. Only the people who licked up to her got easy jobs. I dont lick so I was stuck doing the boring jobs getting half the pay of the licks.
