The problems are challenging, the technology stack is modern, and engineers have the opportunity to work on products and capabilities that are used by customers worldwide. The work is intellectually stimulating and there is a strong emphasis on ownership, technical quality, and execution. Team members are trusted with meaningful responsibilities early in their careers and are encouraged to contribute ideas and drive improvements. One of the biggest strengths is the people. The teams are highly collaborative, knowledgeable, and willing to help each other succeed. There is also a strong performance culture, with high expectations around delivery, quality, and ownership.       Chronic Communication Breakdown!

      The central issue was poor cross-team communication that repeatedly disrupted execution. Important decisions were made without being clearly cascaded to everyone impacted. Teams often discovered changes after work was already underway, forcing unnecessary rework. Meetings were frequent, but alignment was inconsistent and documentation lacked clarity. Instead of a coordinated structure, communication felt fragmented and reactive. The ongoing disconnect created frustration and showed progress more than any technical challenge ever did.
