      Good pay Great people and some nice people in management

      Cons

      Serious pressure and workload Hard work is ignored and mistakes are heavily punished Mistakes can be common due to the workload Any negative feedback ends up with the employee being sent to mental health videos and podcasts. That says enough for anyone reading this.
