Pros

The clients are great to work with.

Cons

Bullying tactics and the management under qualified and do not care about clients only concerned with their own progression and agenda. They are corrupt from the top down in each others pockets lots of things hidden and lied about. Hiqa in their pocket. Their very unprofessional prefer if you don't tell them the issues at play and brush them under the carpet.

Pros

Unfortunately I have no pros. I am devastated too see the management higher up only care about getting the funding in and not the service users

Cons

Poor management, will definitely suffer with your mental health as you are pushed to your limit for low wage I will be writing to newspapers regarding my experience. Bullying tactics. Never recorded always face to face. Thankfully my sister is a journalist and I'm with a union
