      Pros

      Good salary and some interesting projects. Some very nice and dedicated employees.

      Cons

      Absentee senior managers who seem to be either part of a clique of long term friends or extended family. Avoidance of decision making and responsibility until a crisis emerges then scapegoating others to take the blame. Many staff on long term illness, senior leaders and HR unresponsive to calls and emails.

      Good external training opportunities provided by departments such as learning and development. Good remote working policy.

      Cons

      The environment is chaotic. You will learn to work under pressure as there is rarely a day that goes by that you won’t work well and above what your job specification states and what should be expected of your grade.
