Pros

nothing. No job security. Hectic work culture. hire and fire.

Cons

"The work environment lacks stability and follows an erratic 'hire and fire' culture. A significant concern is the organization's policy regarding forced leaves; employees are directed to take leave, yet subsequently charged for those same days. Furthermore, the release of mandatory employment documents, such as experience and relieving letters, is inappropriately conditioned upon the payment of these disputed amounts."

Pros

Nothing here no pros to tell

Cons

I joined this company after being told there were multiple projects in the pipeline. I cleared a client interview for a banking project and was asked to join immediately. Within one month, they told me the project was cancelled and asked me to sit on the bench. While on the bench, I was constantly asked to attend interviews for other clients. Then suddenly the very next week, I was informed that my employment was being terminated. There was no proper discussion, no transparency, nothing. My laptop and ID card were taken immediately and I was asked to leave the office. Even now, I have not received proper employee exit documents or completed resignation/relieving formalities. The work culture was also not great. Taking even a single day leave was difficult. Most days I had to spend around 11 hours in the office. There was no focus on learning, growth, training or employee development. The environment felt more like people were being used only for project needs. From what I heard from others as well, hiring people for short-term project requirements and then letting them go when projects are cancelled seems to happen quite often. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Please do proper research before joining.

Pros

Daily interaction with live issues helped improve troubleshooting abilities, communication skills, and understanding of customer expectations in real-world scenarios.

Cons

Support escalations and urgent tickets can become mentally exhausting after continuous high-volume days.
