Upper management, especially in the Oncology Division, is inexperienced and lacking in basic leadership skills. Recent reorg had led to massive loss of talent with the replacements largely “yes” men and women who will take orders without questions. Morale is tanking thanks to these so called leaders due creating very top down culture that treats dedicated employees, some with more experience than their superiors, as mere worker bees who need to jus do what they are told.

Executive management is out of touch. Rumors of leadership in fighting are evident with the mismanagement everyone at lower levels experience. Very difficult to get promoted within your role if you’re not one of senior management’s favorites, you do not get promoted.
