      Pros

      Great flexi time opportunities. Probably the only thing I can say good about the place. Not much pros except if you get put on the right project at the right time. Pot luck really.

      Cons

      Management will say anything to get you off their backs. Never listen Shocking pay No healthcare Everyone is very uptight. Very judgemental. Can get branded with a bad image extremely fast. No second chances. Can be stuck doing nothing for a large portion of the working week.

      An extra days holidays every 2 years up to an extra 5 days/ year

      Cons

      Poor Pay No Health insurance Expect to be sent on long term assignments without any discussion (PM managers will lie about the duration of the assignment and extend it indefinitely)

      Pros

      Currently only pros are location and "flexible" working hours

      Cons

      Lack of decision making/leadership - almost chaotic at times Cultural issues with a distinct almost class like system between support people and "valuable" people. Notable differences between facilities available between both Irish offices. Champagne taste withe Beer bottle budget - a lot of double jobbing/expansive roles. Promotions appear to happen on length of service rather than abilities.
