Senior Leadership at CEO level and one level below have been gaslighting staff as to why remote working choice was removed Recently laid off over 300 people in Dublin as part of a global savings effort that was extremely poorly managed Promotions have been on hold for two years and when they do happen, they are more to do with whether a more senior role is available, than how long you have been ready for that role Senior Leadership have indicated they are finished listening to staff, are ignoring concerns, refusing to answer questions honestly and generally forcing changes through, brutally and without compassion. Culture has completely changed compared to two years ago and this is effecting the entire company. It feels like empathy and compassion are no longer there.
