- Company is in a transition and is not settled into new attempts to become GC. - Benefits are minimal at best for BIM department. - Refusal of hybrid working, only department that does this. - HR is very hands off, not consistent. - Poor atmosphere with high staff turn over - Employee development, appraisals of performance non existent/ low effort and only geared at companies interests not improving staff as a whole.
