Cons
Cost Saving is maximum priority in the Dalata chain. Overworked on nearly every shift, as they wont put enough staff on shift to cover the enormous amount of guests and tour groups. Everyone, including duty managers driven to breaking point on terrible wages, while senior managers rest easy on the profits.
