      WLB and flexibility Smart people one can learn a lot from Super respectful and inclusive environment and culture

      A bit siloed across functions System and process infrastructure slightly fragmented and would benefit from a refactoring

      Pros

      Good collaboration with other teams, take on a lot of ownership and drive initiatives as long as it makes business sense. off site events were great and invested well by the business.

      Cons

      a strong culture of Bullying and encouraged not to speak up. Lots of infighting and low trust amongst the team. Old fashioned way of interviewing also Low progression route and very few people are allowed to move teams for lateral moves/change of career. Not disclosure friendly
