Pros

Good office location in SF Good food

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for in the last 15 years. Toxic management who talks about burn out and how to get over it while 5 designers I know are burnt out and have no action plan. Product management team is the worst, they don’t do anything and specially they don’t have any vision and are far behind when compared to other social media companies. Product leader in Premium is a bully and if you don’t abide by their orders then you are out of a job. Saw this with multiple design managers and designers.

Pros

LinkedIn still has great perks, good benefits. Fancy office space

Cons

The culture definitely shifted a lot in last a couple of years. Lots of politics.
