While not all long-tenured workers exhibit such behavior, there is a noticeable trend of some becoming complacent and occasionally engaging in disrespectful or unprofessional conduct towards newer colleagues. Lack of Intervention: It's disheartening that Linesight doesn't seem to have a proactive approach to addressing this issue. Toxic behavior from experienced employees often goes unchecked, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for newcomers.
