      - Company is trying to implement change through setting up culture/d&i groups

      Cons

      - Maternity leave for Irish employees is paid in full for 12 weeks only, the remainder of the 14 weeks is unpaid (on state benefit of 262 euro per week). - No experience in management in dealing with diverse teams. - No diversity in leadership or support/budgets for changing any policies in terms of Maternity. - No support/budgets for changing Maternity benefits

      Company doesn't treat staff with dignity or respect

      Pros

      Free fufill bars and work attire provided. Production have a great team, who work very hard to achieve goals.

      Cons

      Very long draining hours. Salary is not competitive. Production floor very unorganised due to bad management and communication. No progression due to favouritism and cliques.
