      Flexible scheduling, and snacks in the break rooms.

      Cons

      Oh boy, where to begin with LetsGetScammed... - The "team" is basically an ongoing shitshow with toxic employees maintaining status through gossiping, and socially isolating people of a minority culture within the work place. - Not much of a career ladder to climb. - If you want to endure slow periods where your idiot coworkers start creating unnecessary chaos, this is the place for you!

      Limited room to move up. Goes through periods of downsizing/recruitment due to work volume fluctuating.
