Pros

Work in localization projects of all types and sizes relevant IPs and clients. Training in every aspect of videogame localization.

Cons

The Localization Project Management hours are in many cases cases not directly billed to the clients so the easiest way for the company to optimize the revenue from projects is overloading the staff by assigning multiple projects to work in parallel. This is the general consideration they have for the staff, a comodity to squeeze to the maximum, on top of that, management deliberately lies to the staff whenever they consider convenient on whatever is not signed and may even deny the value of what's signed unless actual legal action is taken.
