Pros

If you are liked you are looked after, but you easily can fall out of graces

Cons

Everything is discretional, you are promised the sun and the moon while you are recruited, but when it comes to do those promises, it is casually forgotten or you need to wait ages cause everybody in the leadership need to approve it (again) Low salaries which you are required to keep quite about or lie of if anyone asked. Salary reviews every half a year, but review is not an increase! The only company event you are invited to a "Chaiman's coffee club" where you are shown the same presentation as on any other meeting and fed more lies about opportunities which are only open for a selected few. And of course this meeting is mandatory and if you can't attend you are grilled for a reason. Targets are close to impossible to reach, you feel you must sacrifice your holidays, lost many days at the end of the year as you can't carry them over, only if you are part of the few who actually can. When you ask why, you are told you need to learn to manage your holidays better. When you dare to leave the company, you instantly labelled a bad employee and treated as such, but strictly kept for the full time of notice.

Pros

I am just entering my forth month as the I360 Office Manager. It has been a genuinely positive experience. The people are great, since the moment I started they made a genuine effort to make me feel apart of. The past few months have flown and that is all down to the laugh I’ve had while doing my job since starting. It makes a big difference coming to work every day when you are surrounded by a positive atmosphere. It was important to me when looking for my next job opportunity that they valued my health & wellbeing as much as my abilities as an office manager and I have found that here. At my induction meeting they spoke about Integrity’s core values - • Integrity. • Respect. • Growth. • Can-Do Attitude. I have seen these values woven into every aspect of the company since I started. They understand what is good for you is good for the company. We work hard but we also take time to take part in other activities - We’ve had team days out at Hell & Back, playing Padel in the evenings, and Breakfast Mondays together as a team. Other added bonus working here: • Opportunities to travel to our other offices across the world • Training opportunities • Benefit package • And in the building where our company is located we have a yoga studio we can use at any time, great changing room facilities and even a drip room for those that cycle into work. If you’re looking for a place that values people as much as performance, Integrity360 is worth checking out.

Cons

Nothing to add here, all positive since starting
