0 care about employees Base salary is 21500/y, which is also a pro because they will never fire you, no matter what you do. Simply because it is literally impossible to find German speakers who will work for 25k/y. Same goes for most of other teams. Biggest language bonus is German - 3500/y so you cannot earn more than 25k per year. Other bonuses are literally miserable, like 1k-1.5k per year (for other languages) You need to give in doctors notice even if you are sick for just a day Miserable pension contribution (like 2%) No health insurance Working holidays
