Severe disconnect between leadership and the engineering teams. Director-level management rewards corporate politics and favoritism over technical capability and hard work. There is a distinct lack of genuine technical knowledge at the top, covered up by buzzwords and empty talk. If you value a meritocracy where skill matters more than playing political games, look elsewhere.
