      Nice place; good research; good work benefits and work life balance; generally flexible organisation.

      Cons

      needs modernisation in its operations; poor location with bad bus. Lacking in professional development opportunities and career management Rolling contracts for researchers and lack of transparency on salaries (hence this review)
