Pros

Absolutely none, they are an abysmal company and treat their staff terribly. I can't emphasise enough just how truly awful they are.

Cons

Firstly, I can ZERO training for the first 3 months, although I did ask for it profusely they just continued to brush me off. Yet they had me selling large appliances and pretending that I knew what I was talking about only to get the sale and more money into the companys pocket. They also care so little about the customers AND the workers, that if a customer wanted to buy a certain appliance (eg a washing machine) and HN didn't want you to sell it, they would end up taking commission off of the employees paycheck at the end of the week. It is cut throat. If you so much as breathe in the direction of a customer after they were speaking to someone, your coworkers will jump down on you. Whereas I came from a place of helping my coworkers prior to HN so their cruelty and honestly cult like nature was not something I could grow to like. They wanted you to come in *at least* a half hour early every morning, but they wouldn't pay you for it. You only got paid from the time you were rostered for, but if you were anything less than a half hour early then they considered you late. Speaking of the roster :) They would put you on for 10 days in a row, and then have one day off, and a further 6 days on in a row. God forbid you ask for even one day off on a weekend (for example an anniversary), because then they really will screw you over with the roster even further. Yes, I brought this to managements attention about the roster, but they never cared. And I was far from the only person that this happened to. It was a ridiculously common event. Sure there was a few friendly people there, but for the most part the other employees viewed you as competition. It was an unbelievably unfriendly environment. I could go on for days about just how rotten this company is. And I'm sure you think I am being overdramatic, I've thought that before when reading some reviews on here, but I swear that every word is true. At least in regards to Naas.
