      As a fresher its a nice platform to develop your skills

      Cons

      They not even consider you as a human being as their point of view you have to spend a whole day in their office. you may work or not it doesn't matter but you have to sit for 10 to 12 hrs per day. there is no incentive and extra benefits for sitting a whole day . If you don't want to pursue your own business and not willing to spend a quality time with your family means you may avail this company. As usual cheap politics could happen like they dumb you and assign the task which is not possible to complete the given time but end of the day they gonna blame you.

      Pros

      Employees were user friendly type from my point of view. As they teach what we ask like doubts,clarification with there busy schedule till we get that.so its good to me.

      Cons

      Sometimes two or three days work should be completed within a day ends.Continuing the work without any sleep till the task completion with error free work is a massive challenging work for me in this company.
