      Pros

      Nice culture if a bit political. Company is ambitious but many of the managers lack experience. Good place to start career in engineering, construction and have a strong safety culture.

      Cons

      Only death in service benefit. Other benefits only apply after 1 or 2 years. Some benefits are only offered to senior management or if you've negotiated at contract stage. Pay is not great. A lot of employees are early in careers or recent graduates.

      Very friendly colleagues and learning opportunities within the job

      Cons

      Very poor management and they seem to live in the 1950s mentality with very little rewards shared with the employees even though the company is doing great. But racist as I my fellow Irish colleagues treated with respect

      Friendly co workers Nice easy going office environment with good facilities Good on site facilities Room to advance your career - depending on who you are, who you're 'in with' and where you are from, unfortunately. Good health and safety standards- competent H&S team

      Poor salary Poor communication from management Incompetent Management Special treatment for certain apprentices due to where they are from Expected to work long work hours
