      Timely salary is the only pro The tech stacks used are old, but they are upgrading to now tech stacks

      Cons

      No work life balance Bonuses are not given even though its mentioned in the offer letter Always worried about the next layoff waves Sudden changes in company policies, no focus on benefits of employees. Zero culture and values too much AI focus, and less employee focus The company is going nowhere tbh even with all the changes being done

      If you are able to survive a fast paced career with an intention to learn a lot, you would love here.

      Cons

      Management is not great. If you look for stability, this is not the place. Senior leadership has no clue on where to take this company. Ever since the hq was moved to Czech Republic the company has lost the human touch every org requires. Finds a reason to lay off employees in the name of AI, despite AI showing no signs of actual profit outcome for the org. The leadership team skip level managers are somewhat racist.
